Jamie West-Sardo is an instructional designer with over a decade of experience in training development and facilitation for corporate audiences. As a life-long learner, she has the skills to help others reawaken a love of learning, tapping into what motivates them as individuals and, turning professional development into a pursuit of passion.

Her career has allowed her to work hands-on in a wide range of subjects including technical training, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. While Jamie is an experienced presenter and facilitator, her particular specialty is helping clients find their voice and connect with an audience to share their knowledge – you’re the expert, she’s your coach.

She has a B.A. in Communication from Flagler College and an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Full Sail University.
